We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Orbit. This policy explains our refund terms and how to request a refund if needed.

1. 14-Day Refund Period

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.

If you're not satisfied with Orbit for any reason, simply contact us within 14 days for a full refund.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your refund request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date
  • The license must have been purchased directly from us (not through a reseller)
  • You must provide the email address used for the purchase

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

5. After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your license will be deactivated and you will no longer have access to Orbit. Any active installations will stop working after the next license check.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:

  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
  • Licenses purchased through third-party resellers (please contact them directly)
  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds)
